Day 1

Welcome to Living History in the Capital of the Empire

We start with the transfer from the airport to the hotel. In the afternoon, we will take the Imperial City Tour: we will visit the Cathedral, the temple of Qoricancha and the imposing fortresses of Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay.

Day 2

Treasures of the Sacred Valley and Journey to the Clouds

We'll explore the Sacred Valley, visiting the picturesque town of Chinchero, the agricultural laboratory of Moray, and the impressive salt mines of Maras. After visiting the fortress of Ollantaytambo, we'll board the train to Aguas Calientes for an overnight stay at the foot of this wonder.

Day 3

The Sunrise at the Llaqta of Machu Picchu

We will ascend to the citadel of Machu Picchu very early in the morning. A professional guide will reveal the mysteries of its temples and plazas. After soaking up the energy of the place, we will return by train and bus to the city of Cusco to rest.

Day 4

The Rainbow Challenge: Vinicunca Mountain

We'll depart early in the morning for Rainbow Mountain. After an energizing breakfast, we'll hike to 5,033 meters above sea level to admire the breathtaking geological landscape and the snow-capped Ausangate mountain. Buffet lunch included, followed by return to Cusco.

Day 5

The Turquoise Mirror: Humantay Lagoon

We will travel to Mollepata to begin the ascent to Humantay Lagoon (4,200 m.a.s.l.). A landscape of turquoise waters guarded by imposing glaciers. After a photo session and a connection with the Apus (mountain spirits), we will return to Cusco in the afternoon.

Day 6

Farewell and Transfer to the Airport

Breakfast at the hotel and free time for final shopping before your transfer to Cusco airport for your return flight.
