How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3–4 months in advance for all our packages to secure the best experience.
Machu Picchu tickets are limited and sell out quickly, so early booking is key to guaranteeing your entry and preferred schedule.
If you’re planning closer to your travel dates, our team will gladly assist you by exploring alternative options and adjusting your itinerary to make your trip possible.
What is the payment policy?
To confirm a reservation, we require a deposit (30%). The remaining balance is paid upon arrival in Cuzco, in cash.
We have different options: WESTERN UNION, BANKING WIRE, PAYMENT BY LINK (CREDIT CARD).
Do you offer private tours?
Yes! All our experiences can be booked as private tours. This allows for a flexible itinerary and the exclusive attention of our guide. Please mention this preference when contacting us.
Can the packages be booked without accommodation?
Yes, this is possible, hotel arrangements can be made by the travelers and we operate the tours only.
Are the tours and packages suitable for children?
Many of our cultural tours and packages are family-friendly. For high-altitude treks, we recommend children be at least 12 years old and active. We can customize itineraries for families.
Is travel insurance mandatory?
While not legally mandatory to enter Peru, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, evacuation, and trip cancellations for your peace of mind.
What currency should I bring?
The local currency is Soles (PEN). While USD is accepted in many tourist places, it is best to have Soles for small purchases, taxis, and local markets. ATMs are widely available in Cuzco.
