ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By contracting the services of Four Ways Expeditions Sociedad Anonima Cerrada, identified with RUC N° 20614227517, located at Urb. Larapa Grande F-5, San Jeronimo, Cusco, Peru, the client declares having read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions, which shall apply to all services offered by the company and are governed exclusively by Peruvian legislation. If you do not agree, you must abstain from using said services.
LIABILITY AND OBLIGATIONS
Four Ways Expeditions S.A.C. declares that, acting as an intermediary between the client and the entities or individuals responsible for providing the services listed in the itinerary (air transport, hotels, restaurants, or others), it shall not be liable for deficiencies, negligence, or non-compliance by the companies responsible for said service provision. If such a case arises, Four Ways Expeditions S.A.C. will endeavor to do its best to resolve the issue with arrangements of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.
Four Ways Expeditions S.A.C. is not responsible for accidents en route such as assaults, robberies, losses, illnesses, etc.
Clients accept that the company is not liable in cases of: state of emergency declarations, strikes, accidents, political movements, or border closures.
Upon purchasing our services through our customer service channel, the client must inform us of any limitation or impediment regarding their companions, if any, such as: disability, physical or mental conditions, or any other cause requiring specific assistance during the tour.
TRAVEL INSURANCE AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Before leaving your country of residence, it is essential to purchase insurance covering trip cancellation or delays and baggage loss, as well as international medical insurance covering at least the risk of hospitalization expenses, medical expenses, funeral expenses, and repatriation expenses during the trip.
RISKS
The tours require that clients be in good health conditions and have a good level of physical fitness to participate in the contracted service, as there may be a risk of suffering injuries or illnesses on some occasions. In case of doubt, please contact Four Ways Expeditions for advice regarding the services to be contracted.
CHILD RATES
Rates depend on the specific service to be contracted; please contact us for a quotation.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for the service is made after agreeing to and accepting the itineraries, the quotation, and the terms and conditions of the contracted services. The company accepts:
Credit Card: All credit/debit cards are accepted (the system applies an additional 5% charge according to the insurance system and foreign bank transfer fees).
Bank Transfer: May contain bank charges that must be assumed by the sender; contact us for more information.
In the event the client pays with a card and in a currency different from the provided quotation, the client shall assume the differences due to the exchange rate applied by the bank.
LOST ITEMS
It is the complete responsibility of the clients to safeguard their personal objects such as equipment, money, or other valuable materials. If applicable, these must be claimed at the place where the loss originated.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The client may submit a tour or excursion cancellation and refund request via email within a certain time period (60 days or before the start of the tour); this request must describe all relevant information. The request will be processed on business days, and cancellation charges applied by our intermediaries, such as restaurants, hotels, and service providers, will apply.
In cases of cancellations within:
60 days or more before the start of the tour: The client will lose 20% of their reservation.
59 to 40 days before the start of the tour: The client will lose 50% of their reservation.
39 to 30 days before the start of the tour: The client will lose 75% of their reservation.
29 days or less before the start of the contracted tour: No type of return or refund will proceed.
Exceptions: The following services: the Inca Trail, flight tickets, and/or train tickets, are non-refundable and do not apply for any cancellation.
In case of extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the scheduled tour to guarantee the safety of our clients.
SERVICES NOT INCLUDED
The client is responsible for other administrative expenses such as: travel insurance, national or international airport taxes, obtaining or renewing passports, additional baggage fees, laundry services, tips, drinks, communication, or others not specified in the tour itinerary.
