Maras and Moray Tour Itinerary

Our adventure starts with a pick up from our Cuzco accommodation. You must be ready by 8:00 AM. We will travel in comfortable, dedicated transportation. Our drive heads out towards the stunning Sacred Valley. This scenic journey should last approximately 90 minutes.
We will first arrive at the spectacular Moray site. Moray sits high at 3,500 meters above sea level. We will explore the distinct circular terrace system. The Inca built these fascinating concentric depressions. They used Moray as a large-scale agricultural testing lab. Our knowledgeable guide will explain its sophisticated design. We will observe the drastic temperature differences between levels. We will spend about one hour walking around the complex. You may capture photos of this unique Inca architecture.
Next, we will drive a short distance to the Maras region. We will discover the incredible salt mines. These ancient swab ponds rest on a steep mountainside. They've been active sincepre-Inca times. Maras sits at a lower altitude of 3,000 metres above the ocean position.
We'll watch thousands of white and pink pools. A natural, underground spring feeds the salty water. Original families still gather the high- quality mineral swab. You may buy some genuine pink salt as a remembrance. We'll completely immerse ourselves in this amazing geography.
We'll also drive back to Cuzco megacity in the autumn. The return drive should take roughly 1.5 hours. We'll drop you off near Plaza de Armas. Our inconceivable Maras and Moray stint concludes then.
